To better understand others, or better read their non-verbal cues, I work both individually and with small groups (up to 12). Individually, my approach is a coaching one; as a group, a more formalised course. In the both approaches clients are actively involved.
In both my teaching approaches I cover:
- How to appraise the way the human body moves and why
- Understanding body language in terms of context, proximity, and gestural emblems
- Interpreting the gulf between words said and gestures used
I coach a framework of understanding others through the verbal signs they produce.
