People often bring their lawyer or accountant to a negotiation, but never a psychologist; odd when we consider that much of a negotiation is about psychology. As a psychologist I bring the following to negotiations:

  • Objectivity
  • A wide understanding of intra and interpersonal skills and settings
  • An understanding of both sides of the negotiating tables’ non-verbal communication

I also consult on a variety of psychological matters that effect individuals and their relationships in the work environment.
